Announcement of conferences for Effie Solar 2020

Industry professionals and experts in the field will share their knowledge at Effie Solar 2020. They will be holding conferences during the days of the trade fair to present the latest innovations and the most interesting developments in the industry. All of these conferences will be held digitally in the exhibition area during the days of the trade fair.

With one month to go before the trade fair, more than 30 speakers have already confirmed their attendance. We detail some of the speakers who will participate in the different technical conferences of Effie Solar 2020:

• March 10th:
  • Organisation's conference → opening and presentation of the trade fair by Marizo Picazzo; and a "Success story of energy metering of a solar self-consumption installation." by Sergio Beltrán, Sales Manager of Axon Time.
  • LATAM solar energy conference → "Evolution of solar EPC prices and their impact on energy costs" by Mariano Monedero, Country Manager of Sungrow Power Chile; and "Opportunities in the wholesale electricity market in Mexico" by Angie Soto, Managing Director of Nexus Energy Mexico.
• March 11th:
  • Conference on innovation in renewable energies → "Vortex Bladeless Wind Turbines", by David Jesús Yáñez, co-founder of Vortex Bladeless.
  • Conference on energy storage → "Accumulation as a source of power in household self-consumption" by Pablo Sarrasín, Technical Director of Suministros Orduña.
• March 12th:
  • Conference on self-consumption → Jorge Morales de Labra, promoter and Director of Geatlanter. Luis Navarro Buciega, Managing Director of Cubierta Solar, will talk about "The benefits of photovoltaic self-consumption for companies and a success story".
  • "The benefits of photovoltaic self-consumption for companies and a success study". Ignacio Valdeolmillos will present the "Advantages of monitoring in photovoltaic systems", sponsored by Carlo Gavazzi. Gerard Bel Piñero, founder of Pylon Network, will also be present: "Collective self-consumption".

The last day of Effie Solar 2020, March 13th, is dedicated to conferences that will be related to the financing of renewable projects. At this time and until January 31st, the registration period for speakers at this conference is open.
