Any booking made at https://www.effievirtual.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the acceptance without reservations by the client of the General Booking Conditions of use in force on the day on which the corresponding booking is made. In addition, the client acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these conditions to the corresponding booking, as well as any subsequent booking, except those cases in which new conditions are brought to their knowledge.
To be able to acquire any of the services offered on https://www.effievirtual.com, the user must be legally qualified in accordance with the Spanish legal system.
If you would like to sign up as a visitor at any of the trade fairs, you must enter your identification and payment details in our visitor’s section. Once signed up, you must enter a valid payment method from among the available options.
If you would like to participate as a sponsor or exhibitor, you must enter your identification and payment details in our sponsors' section or exhibitors’. Once registered, you will have to select the services to be booked and introduce a valid payment method among the available options.
Once the booking is made, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order, specifying all the details. If you notice an error during the process, please notify it sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can fix it.
The prices shown on https://www.effievirtual.com are in euros and these are valid except for typographical errors.
On the website https://www.effievirtual.com, once registered as a user, you can check at any time the current prices that include taxes. These prices are specified in each of the categories and registrations offered.
The different promotions that affect these prices will be announced on the website, as well as their period of validity.
Payment shall be made by any of the following methods:
Transfer; If you choose to pay by bank transfer at the end of the booking process, it will be specified the account number to which the transfer should be made, as well as a reference number that will have to be specified at the time of the transfer.
Bookings with a credit or debit card; the user must provide the name of the card holder, the number, the expiry date and the CVV. All information will be processed through the Redsys POS of Banco Santander.
Payment with PayPal; PayPal allows clients with an email account to send online payments securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively. PayPal's network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global, real-time payment solution.

Once your payment has been confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email, including your access codes, so that you can use the booked service. The access of visitors will be restricted only to the days of the event. Access for exhibitors and sponsors will be activated at least 15 days before the event and will be deactivated 30 days after the event.
The access keys of the booked services will be sent to the email address provided by the client. These access keys can be managed on the "Log in" section of the platform.
The client will be responsible for the safekeeping of these access keys.
When an error occurs in the entering of personal data during the registration process as a user of the website, it may be corrected entering the section "Private Area" for billing purposes. On the other hand, if you want these changes to be visible in your profile during the event, you must also make the changes within the "Profile" of your avatar from the control panel of the event platform.
In the event of an error in the process of booking services on the website, you should contact the email address email@example.com, in order to provide us with the correct data or exercise your right of rectification.
World Virtual Congress, S.L. may, according to the needs of the organisation, change the date of the upcoming events. If an event is postponed, this will never exceed the maximum period of three months and it will be announced and communicated properly.
Once the payment of the booked service has been made, WORLD VIRTUAL CONGRESS, S.L. will not refund the amounts paid unless the organising company is unable to provide the service.

The Android HyperfairVR app works on more than 1,000 devices.
Google dynamically defines which devices can see the app in the Google Play Store, so compatible devices have the app in the Play Store when they search for it.
As a general rule, mobile phones must have 4GB of RAM, and tablets must have 3GB of RAM to work properly with the app. However, there are many phones that work very well with the app even without 4GB of RAM.
Mobile connection: 3G connection or higher.
The fair is not accessible (at the moment) on iOS devices.
Recommendations for optimal use in any device:
1.- Check audio and microphone: For optimal use of all the functionalities of a trade fair it is necessary to check that you have activated the audio and microphone in your device. You should also test the volume. In you are using headphones you should check that you have correctly activated the audio configuration.
When you access the platform, a window will appear with the following message: "vhr.hyperfair.com wants to use your microphone". You must click the "Allow" button in order to use the microphone.
In case you have not allowed it, you will have to do it manually. To do so, click on the camera icon that will appear on the right, in the address bar of your browser and a window will appear. In this window you must select the option "Always allow..." and click on "Done".
2.- Allow pop-ups: For optimal use of the platform you must allow pop-up windows in your browser.
3.- Enable WebGL: The platform runs in virtual reality in the browser through a technology called WebGL that is secure and is generally enabled automatically in the browser. However, if this technology has been manually disabled follow the instructions below to enable it again.
Enable hardware acceleration
- Go to configuration (or type "chrome: // settings /" in the address bar)
- Click on the button "+", show "Advanced" settings
- In the "System" section, make sure that the "Use hardware acceleration when available" is enabled.
- Type "chrome: // flags" in the address bar
- Make sure "Disable WebGL" is not enabled
- Some versions of Chrome do not have the "Disable WebGL" option. Instead, you will have WebGL 2.0, in this case, make sure "Enabled" is selected in the drop-down menu.
You will need to close Chrome and restart it for the changes to take effect.
For security reasons the organisation reserves the right to cancel the orders of visitors whose veracity is doubtful, and in that case, it can deactivate their passwords to access the event.
Similarly, the organisation reserves the right to deactivate the access keys of any user in the event that it detects that they are using their access keys to carry out any activity that may be illegal or immoral, or that they are behaving in a way that may undermine the dignity or fundamental rights of the participants.
In these cases, the visitor may request a refund of the amount paid and the amount will be returned by the organisation.
This booking system is subject to the Spanish law in force (Spanish Civil Code, Spanish Code of Commerce, Act 7/1996, January 15th, on the organisation of retail, Act 7/1998, on general contracting conditions, Act 26/1984, on consumer protection, Royal Decree 1906/1999, December 17th, on telephone and electronic contracting with general conditions, and Act 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce).
