Effie has created Effie Certified and it can now be used by sponsors, exhibitors, partners and speakers of the 2020 events. It certifies that the participating organisation actively collaborates in sustainable events that contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions. These virtual events avoid CO2 emissions in transport, accommodation, energy consumption, use of paper and materials, mainly plastics.
Effie Certified may be featured by participants on its website, newsletter, email signatures, as well as on all its corporate press kit as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility action plan. Currently, environmental protection is a key element in CSR within the entire business at an international level.
