Facility Management & Services (FM&S) is a specialised magazine issued quarterly both in Spain and internationally. Since 2014 it deals with the current situation of the field of Facility Management and all its specialties and disseminates the concerns of its professionals and reports success stories and trends.
After participating at Effie Spain 2019, FM&S returns for the second consecutive year to become an Effie's media partner in order to give, in this way, support and to promote the activity and news of the field.

The Facility M&S magazine focuses on 3 main areas: the Smart Cities area; the Space Management and Workplace area; and the Efficiency and Sustainability area, which is the Effie's main activity, paying special focus on energy efficiency and environmental innovation.
