How was Effie SOLAR last June?

The second edition of Effie Solar 2021 was held last June between the 1st and 8th. The event was sponsored by Fronius, as the main sponsor of the virtual meeting. In addition, the companies Enertronic and HellermannTyton sponsored the live technical conference day on the first day of the event. On the remaining days, Axon Time was the promoter of the innovative FastMettings, which took place between June 2nd and 7th, within the interactive spaces of the Effie virtual environment.

Juan Antonio Sempere, Partner Manager for Spain & Latam of Walcon Virtual, opened the event on the 1st of June and gave way to the different participating speakers. Among the conferences, different topics were discussed, such as:

  • The future of DC metering for storage and photovoltaics, Eduardo Gómez, Technical Director and PM MSATEC of Enertronic;
  • Solutions for maximum efficiency in residential self-consumption systems, Francisco Heredia, Business Development Manager at Fronius;
  • Technical presentation by the sponsor Hellermanntyton: Optimisation solutions for photovoltaic power plant installations.

Two different debates for the Association's day were: "Optimising the value of Self-consumption: sizing, installation and good practices" and "Innovation and financing for star-ups and Growth companies in the solar and self-consumption industry".
